Over the counter pain relief
1. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is harmful for the liver.
2. Advil (ibuprofen) is harmful for the kidney.
3. Aspirin is harmful on the stomach.
DO NOT TAKE ASPIRIN IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE SURGERY WITHIN FIVE DAYS
4. If you don’t have any liver or kidney disease, then try the following: 800 mg ibuprofen and 750 mg acetaminophen 2-3 times a day.
5. Do not exceed 3200 mg ibuprofen/day. Do not exceed 3000 mg acetaminophen/day.
